Not bad, just old...
There is a brand new high school (you should check it out, it is REALLY nice) the primary/elementary building is just a bit old, built in the 60s/70s (I believe)
A building levy passed a while ago, but the most recent operating levy failed so it slowed down the process of building quite a bit.
The teachers are great though, and they do a really good job with the tools available to them. And many of the parents are very active in the education of their children.
I have a stepson in the second grade and all of his teachers so far have been wonderfull.
The system just needs a little more support from the people who send their children there, instead of trying to ''show the school system who is boss'' parents should work with the school to better the educational opportunities for our growing youth, and realize the benefits from a minor tax hike will be better for your financial status and land value in the long run.
Okay, I'll step off my soapbox.
