Muscatine County REACT becomes IMPACT

Effective January 1, 2008 Muscatine County REACT became Iowa Mutual Protection Assistance Communication Team. This was done so we could lower our annual dues. They had skyrocketed to $32 a year. We felt this was getting to high. The new due rate under IMPACT is $10 per year. This will make it easier for current members to pay the dues, and also hopefully encourage new members to join. The structure of the group will remain the same. As also our mission objectives.
