The Lakes and The Villages of Colony Creek is a quiet community located in the larger Colony Creek area in Victoria, TX. Water elements provided by 2 man-made lakes as well as an adjacent golf course provide the ideal relaxing environment for anyone living here.

The goal of our website is to provide you with as much timely online information as possible regarding the HOA , calendar events, news & local information, informational resources, online classifieds, a blog, and much more.

If you have not registered as a member of the HOA, you will have limited access to certain areas of our website.  For full access to the discussion area, ability to meet your neighbors, and our email list, please register to become a member.  It is FREE, and open to all owner's and resident's of the Lakes and the Villages of Colony Creek.  Approval is usually granted in less than 72 hours.
