Welcome to Braewood!

There are seventy-three homes in Braewood. Pulte built the first seventy-one homes and Benchmark completed the last two homes.

Development began in the fall of 2003 and the first homes were built in the spring of 2004. All of the Pulte construction was completed in about a year, by the end of 2005.
