HCG is a co-operrative of North carolina farmers who produce naturally raised meats on pasture. Fresh farm products are ordered in one place through our online store and products are delivered to a local drop off point every 6 weeks. We offer beef, pork, trout, bison, poultry, lamb, goat and rabbit as well as breads, cheese, soaps and lotions, jams, granola and gourmet pastas.
