Lamplighter Village History

Lamplighter Village was developed in 1971 by Bill Allen Enterprises. It was established as a mobile home community to be governed by a Homeowner's Assoiation.

Who Are The Members?

Every lot owner in the community is a member of the Association. You may not be a member without owning a lot.

The Clubhouse

Did you know that residents of Lamplighter may use the Clubhouse for parties?

Call Tammy Aldridge for info on keys and the Agreement. Members may use the facilities for free (there is a $50 cleaning deposit that is returned when you are finished with the Clubhouse and it is cleaned).

Renters can use the Clubhouse for a non refundable charge of $50 plus a $50 cleaning deposit. It's a great place for a get together!
