Welcome to Mayfair Park

Mayfair Park is a neighborhood that began during World War II to provide much needed housing for both active and ex-servicemen and their families. Several of the first homeowners had been or were currently stationed at Lowry Air Force Base.

The first homes built were modest single-story brick bungalows, some under 800 square feet. Larger homes were built in the late 1950's, and were larger as they approached Monaco. Servicemen were always honored for their service by getting a discounted mortgage...
