Sorry I repeated your first question twice. The second question should of course read: "Who are we fighting?"

IMC - The only war going on right now is a civil war in Iraq. At best we are tring to play referee. Unless I'm mistaken, I even believe there has been a cease fire called in that effort also. There will always be bad people in the world and to think you can wave the American flag like some kind of magic wand and make them go away is foolish. The Bush out cry of we must hold'em, fight'em, or kill'em, before they do us is growing old.

9/11 was a awful day in American history. A day that like most Americans brings back memories of a tearful time. Yes we were attacked and yes we needed to respond. Iraq was no part of 9/11 and has nothing to do with the war on terror. Iraq, the best I can tell was an attempt to get control over the oil fields. This too has failed.

So when you ask  do I remember 9/11? Yes I do. Do we honor the people who died on 9/11 by chasing ghost in the sand or by pulling our resources into holding the guilty responsible? Maybe you think we'll find them in Iran? Seira? Saudis? China? North Koria? Maybe we should just go ahead and Nuke the world before they Nuke us?

Look, the civil war thing is nothing but another liberal lie. Why do you think those that were fighting our troops in Iraq were called "insurgents?" Because none of them were Iraqis. They were inserted there to fight us by Iran, Syria, Lebanon, etc., etc. For the most part the Iraqi military has now taken charge and the insurgents have been taken care of. And don't fall for the liberal lie that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 because it is proven that they were in with all the terror organizations from the Middle East. Going into Iraq had NOTHING to do with ceasing the oil fields. By you saying that proves to me that you just believe everything the liberal nut jobs say. Come on dude, think about it rationally for a minute. If we really went there to cease the oil fields we would have went straight for them and not even bothered with Suddam's military. We would have simply went in, taken control of the oil fields and then set up a perimeter of protection and a convoy of trucks would have immediately started shipping oil to the coast to transport it here. Actually we did take control of the oil fields. That was the first thing our military specialists did to assure that Suddam wouldn't set them a blaze. Yet I haven't seen any oil being confiscated and shipped to the US. The liberal Democrats have used this war from day one to gain political advantage just as they did during the Vietnam era. They have twisted, distorted and even outright lied in order to gain power.

It's not the "Bush  outcry" that we must kill them or they will kill us. That is Islamic fascism at it's finest. That is what they are taught, it is how they are raised. Did you ever stop to think that if the Islamic fascists laid down there weapons today that there would be no more fighting tomorrow. But if Israel and the US laid down their weapons today, tomorrow there would be no more Israel and next week there would be no more USA.

Why do you think it is they don't like us? Because we support Israel and their goal is to wipe Israel from the face of the earth but we stand in their way. Therefore they consider us infidels and Mohammad told them to kill all infidels. But I bet you thought it is brought on by us for meddling in their affairs. But in reality that is the excuse they use for terror and the liberal media buys into it and spews that BS all over the airwaves so people like you will believe it.

You see, the problem with liberal thinking is that it all comes from the heart and the heart is not capable of rational thought. It is only capable of thinking with emotions and therefore the heartfelt feelings of sympathy take control and shut down the brain from doing it's job. No common sense thought process will ever come from the heart, only the brain is capable of doing that.

IMC - Yes the decisions I've made with my bleeding heart for those in need has often been based in emotions. Good? Bad? I don't know. I do know we can't fight the world and that is what a war on terror is. Terror has no borders. It's not something you can attack, beat up, blow up, or control. It's like trying to stop murder or gun violence in America. Tell me how?
