Thank you, Tarall.  Don't know if it will do any good, but thanks just the same.  It seems to be a cyclical thing, 60% of the time this clash of the personalities is just a constant background hum, like static on a tv.  Then there are times when it flares up like a bad case of hemorrhoids.  Most everyone else seems to disappear when this happens.

I'll try to do my part.  I promise that I won't argue with Ned about which high heels match that lime green "hat"

Oh! you won't argue with Ned anymore but you still tell me which thongs and red boas to wear.  And to change my manpons.  Well, I never!

See, I'm not arguing with you about it, I'm telling you what to do.  I didn't say anything about not being a bossy jerk anymore.  By the way, I always wondered-when people say "I never!"-they never "what", exactly?

Good morning,

I have not been near this box much this week. Not been feeling the best. But realized I hadn't listed that Pumpkin Roll recipe I wrote you about near Begger's Night. If you were interested? Also wondered how you did with, or did you improvise your  "It" costume. Happy too, to see that much of the bickering I have read has gone away. I can be an opinionated old fuss, but civility is always first thought. It begs that folks like you and many others get a thank you for not falling into the fray.

Thanks Giving and Christmas are moments in time away, I have tons of goodies recipes to wade through. Last year our daughter roasted a bird that simply dissolved with every bite. It's an old time-tested method we have used since long ago, called Brining. We have cooked turkey in about every fashion possible throughout the last 60 or so years, even goose or ham a time or two instead. From Deep Frying, Smoked and about every other parlance. But, I must say the most succulent by far has been that good ole brined bird. The recipe we have always used came from a ship-mate of my father's when he was in the navy and...... of course sworn to secrecy. But with a little extra "pinch of this and dash of that" it has become our families own brand of culinary insanity. Anyway, happy to share if anyone wishes to have it? HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Off to visit Doc Saw-Bones.

God Bless.
