I'm still curious as to how you detrmine if somebody is using multiple ID's. As I stated yesterday, I have friends who use my computer and I know at least one has an account here.

So, if you use IP numbers to determine it, then it would show I have multiple ID's, which I don't. Do you use any other criteria or do I need to be sure my friends never sign into this site when they use my computer?

That's a very good question.  MIL posts from my computer, does Denver assume we are the same person?

I agree. Interesting. I have four people that use my base computer in my home and post here. Yet, I travel the country constantly, reply from airports, wireless coffee shops, and many offices that I have to visit during my week. If it were simply related to an IP address, what does that say for the many IP address locations I post from? Likewise, what does that say if I am posting in another state, like I am now, and someone at my home posts from that home IP address?

I'm only replying to this so it doesn't get lost.  It's an interesting question, and I'd really like an answer, as I'm sure Bigbrother and Kurious would as well.
