Those are studs that are holding the other end of the zipper in place I would guess.  I'll bet she can't say, "Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers," ten times real fast.  LOL TALK ABOUT TONGUE TWISTERS. If she doesn't keep hers zipped up I bet it does get twisted.
