XMC- I actually laughed the first time I heard that there was controversy about texting & driving! I thought it HAD TO BE A MINORITY - DUH! But it's HAPPENING, isn't it? I'm assuming you meant to say "it HAD TO BE A MINOR," (meaning an individual under the legal age of eighteen) not a minority (meaning an individual who differs racially or politically from the larger group to which they belong).
