If you KNOW that this person did as ACCUSED please by all means confer with the County Attys office and testify against him. If you have no first hand knowledge of his ACCUSED crimes, please---lets not try him on this forum. Doing so only makes prosecution in the legal system more difficult.

While your opinon of him may be corect and you may know what happened, making this public may only hamper prosecution. Your concern may well be correct and you may realy be trying to do a service to others but I urge you to use caution when doing so. No one wants to see a dangerous person walking free any more than we want to see an innocent one locked up.

i know my opinion is correct because the girl told me herself and i know she is not lying.  i just hope the judge locks him away for a long time. because this man is my sons father and i want him no where near my son- ever.

I'm certain that others join me in praying that your son was not molested by this monster. I can imagine your distress in this matter and your outrage that he is 'out' and could possibly re-offend. Find someone to talk with about this and guide you thru this tough time and help you help your son. I, too, hope that a judge will recognize the gravity of sex offenses and send him to the worst prison for a very long time.

oh no he is my sons father but my son hasnt seen him in years and does not wish to. he was no where near my son .  but my step son was molested by this monster and he deserves to be put away for along time .  i fhe only gets probation i pray for all the kids that live in muscatine because he will re offend again . he did this in 2001 too to someones elses kids and wasnt criminally charged .  i pray every night that justice will be served when he goes to trial.
