You posted that there was a man that was "accused of"... "You don't understand how a judge can let him out of jail". Other posters were correct in posting that a man is not guilty until proven so. You obviously have much insight to this man's actions & behaviors. OK- as suggested by another poster, your job is to lend your information, etc. to the prosecution! Make the charge stick!
The key word here, Cynthia, is that YOU, YOU... have insight to this man's actions. Please remember that I am not defending this person, only the right that we all have. Cynthia... anyone @ any time has the right to accuse any of us of a crime. Thankfully, we have a system that protects us from false accusations.
Again, the key word here is, YOU! You can come on this board, or many others to get others to hear what you have to say. We don't know you; are you trustworthy? Is this man the monster you make him out to be? I'm sure that he IS what you say that he is. IF SO... your job then, is to make sure that you cooperate and make sure that you are heard. Are you stepping up to the plate?
We all want the sexual predators off of our streets. You obviously have a lot of insight. Talk to the DA... keep your son & others safe.
