Well, just google "Obama blames Bush", and you will be offered 2,200,000 possible hits.  That's in the short time Obama has been on the scene (his campaign period and 11+ months in office).

Google "Bush blames Clinton", and you will be offered 970,000 possible hits.   That's in an eight year period stretching over two terms plus his initial campaign period.

Figuring a period of 23 months for Obumbler and 108 months for Bush, (office time plus 12 months for campaign) we calculate about 9,000 per month for Bush vs. just under 100,000 per month for Obumbler. 

No contest.
