What are you implying?   Hell, I could go out and committ a terrorist attack because I'm mad at my wife.  Would you count that against Bush or Obumbler?   I wouldn't.   I'm concerned with the organized and funded terrorist attacks perpetrated by Islamic terrorist groups and individuals.   All others are not part of the war on terror, even though you might want us to arrest all American Legion vets, and strip search 80 year old Swedish grandmothers in airports.

Putting your parroting of the conservative talking points both new and old aside (the report about the vets was comissioned by the Bush admin.), the conservative logic on terror attacks is circuitous at best and revisionist at worst. The standard Republican boilerplate is predicated on the "since 9/11" qualifier whenever they talk about terror attacks in the US however 9/11 wasn't the first Islamic attack in the United States. As you know, the WTC was attacked in February of 1993 setting a precedent that Islamic radicals were wanting to attack our country. This notion was substantiated by publicly acknowledged daily briefings from both the Clinton and Bush administrations. That said, using the "since 9/11" qualifier ignores over eight years of history and eliminates the first eight months of Bush's presidency from the conversation. Are we then to infer from the "since 9/11" statements that Bush didn't keep us safe prior to that date? It would certainly seem that way but that would fly in the face of your Bush - 1 Obama - 2 claim, wouldn't it?

Well, Bush can't be blamed for 9/11 now can he.  Using Obumbler logic and his juvenile whining excuse after excuse behavior, look at the mess W inherited from slick Willy!
