Given TP's words he must think the members of the local union are terrorists as well since they posted addresses of GPC employees.  Unfortunately for TP the posting of public information such as an address is not illegal or the newspapers, telephone directories, etc. would be in deep all the time.

This is why intent plays a role. If the union posted the addresses of GPC employees to do them harm, yes it could be called domestic terrorism. You may want to check the law on this.

Tea Party Organizers clearly gave intent when they put out the address and asked the followers to "provide a personal touch to their anger".

do you understand why they are calling it domestic terrorism. refer to the patriot act. terrorist can be detained without access to lawyers, courts or family. so what happens if you are labeled a domestic terrorist. you get a cell next to a real terrorist. so would Thomas Jefferson and George Washington be terrorist. in my opinion no why because they fought tyranny. plus we as american citizen have a constitutional right and duty to remove a government that has abandoned the constitution and that is headed down the road to tyranny. now I am not say we should pick up guns and go to Washington, no I don't think that measure is necessary. I think about 10 or 20 million people with pitch forks and torches yell get out of our house would scare the bejezzuse out of the criminals. see they are criminals that are trying to make it so it is against the law to dissent. but lawfully we do not have to obey unlawful laws created by a criminal administration or officials. we as the people are the boss. we have to force these criminals back under the constitution before it is too late. this election please review the person you want to vote for. if they vote against the constitution then don't vote for them period. wake up and stop voting for criminals.  look for a video about the homeland security teaching new recruits that Washington and Jefferson was terrorist.

Except for the fact that you have no clue what interpretation and application means. It is you that needs some legal training, davie. Providing/publishing addresses is not illegal and is not an act dangerous to human life, you goof.

You also have no concept of what "intimidate" and "coerce" mean in US Code, beyond how you apply them to your weirdmart subordinates daily.
