You change your story a lot on the details. First you state crime could only consist with specific intent and when you're proven wrong on that, you change it.

Now I'm wondering if mallory is Dave's wife or maybe it's Joe just dabbling again?  What do you think?  Just like Davey, I don't think Joe can stay away.   It grates on them.  Screws with their sleep, etc.
