Exactly what "attacks" are you talking about? The only "attack" that I am aware of is the shooting of Cantor's office ( a Republican ).

There were purported name-calling - none of which could be substantiated - and many Republicans condemned those acts if there were any acts. To my knowledge, no one has been able to prove any name-calling in spite of thousands of cameras watching every person marching into the capital building.
