Pnuemonia is an emergency condition...no one in America can be denied treatment for an emergency in an emergency room. It's federal law, brainiac. Help was there...this lady you bring up did not pursue it, obviously. Besides...you are the one that posted that non-paid emergency room treatments raise our taxes. You could have not been more wrong and could not prove me wrong on that!

Reports of violence are not proofs of violence.  No one believes the Democrats anymore.  There is not one documented case of real violence from a TeaParty member or gathering, unless you count the ones where union thugs or Democrat body guards beat up the demonstrators and/or members.

The word on the street is that all these reports are just another case of typical Dem/Lib dirty tricks.

Show me an arrest.  Show me some video.  Show me some proof.
