Another revenue enhancing gimmick by the city

Hence...."BIG message" here....but it was nvisible, HiR, not Opie.

Additionally, I don't think folks should denigrate those that would/could be exercising their right to address a grievance in the small-claims manner, as "costing alot of taxpayer dollars". If that is the case, the no one having a righteous claim over any issue would be pursued on the premise of costing taxpayers. That logic does not work vs. any citizen's rights.

Lets see now. We get enought snow how many times a year to be a real problem? Not that many. There is an ordnance that says the you are not supposed to put the snow on your property in the street. Now if one of your neighbors is not cutting their grass, I suspect you will be raising heck with the city for them to do something about it. Man you guys are just never happy with anything that the city does and always want to argue like a bunch of kids. Soemthings never change. Guess I will go back to not bothering to even taking a look at this stuff. You experts seem to have all the answers anyway. I do wish you well.

Well...let's see now, nvisible...it's pretty clear that that you didn't know it wouldn't cost taxpayers hardly anyhting...and it's obvious you didn't know the city already had directional plows to prevent blocking drives; only the plow operators don't care.

No one is advocating placing snow in the street from their drives. The discussion was about what can be done when individuals feel they are wronged by the city.

It is also obvious you care less for a person who wishes to stand up about something; than the government who may be violating that person(s).
