Another good one as far as quality of work is JT Handyman, LLC. He's fairly new so don't know if he's in the phone book or not. 563-260-6181. Nice thing about him is he'll do pretty much everything and also those pesky small jobs that it's hard to get somebody to do.

Kurious...that sounds like a good number to keep handy.  I'm curious as well.  Does he do simple carpentry, masonry, etc?

Nigel...he definitely does simple...as well as more complex...carpentry. I don't know about the masonry...he's a nice guy trying to make an honest living and he'll do a good job with a fair price on anything he does.

Heres one for ya.....Meineke out on park ave has oil changes for 9.95  hey it was cheap and they did a much better job than walmart....1 week after the oil change and still no leaks
