Re: True Value...very definitely a good place to buy a lot of things including bulk screws/nails...close to half the price of a box at Menard's. And it's pretty much the only place to buy reasonably priced craft/sewing items. For you candy makers, their candy supplies are cheaper than Wal-Mart, especially the chocolate wafers. I don't remember the prices specifically, but there was a BIG difference for the exact same thing.
