Oakwood Hills is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from central business district and Wanamaker corridor. Many of the homes have no special assessments. The neighborhood is within City limits with City services. The school district is Shawnee Heights.

About Oakwood Hills . . .

Homes in the neighborhood vary in style -- split level, ranch, 1.5-story and 2-story construction with a value from low $100's to $300's. A subdivision pool is available (not mandatory) for all homeowners in the neighborhood at a yearly cost of $200 which is managed by neighbor owners. There is no homeowner's association.
