Spring Meadows Subdivision

Spring Meadows is a small subdivision that was built in the late 70's and early 80's. It is located at the corner of Clay Road and Brittmore, and is surrounded by commercial property that sprung up after the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) was built in the early 90's.

It is located within the Houston City Limits and is zoned to the Spring Branch Independent School District (SBISD).
