Water and Sewer Proposed Transfer to County 3/2/16

Proposal is to transfer all but Golfing Green Condos. Deadline for petition to intervene is March 20 or later depending on when notice is published in Miss. Press and Clarion Ledger.  Initial hearing set for April 5, 2016 in Jackson.  Copies of filings with Public Service Commission as of 3/1/16 are here.  Public Service Commission filings are available here.  Case numbers are 2016-UA-25 and 2016-UA-26.  For more info see discussions in this web page.
