Valley High Manor
Valley High Manor by most standards should be considered a young neighborhood. Almost all of the housing stock dates to the 1960's when the entire area was developed. We are one of the smallest geographic neighborhoods in the city, and like only a couple of the others have very limited ingress/egress, namely Dean Ave on one side and University Ave on the other. valleyhighpresident@yahoo.com
