Ah yes, the liberal garbage that anyone with a gun is a barbarian.  I'm surprised it's taken you this long to break that tired ol' argument out.  Again, don't be mad at me just because I spanked you like a redheaded stepchild in this (one sided) debate.  You're wrong, Dude...And there's nothing at all wrong with being wrong, only maintaining your side when you've been proven wrong.  Just admit it or be quiet and move on.  I've got all the facts and you don't have anything but ignorance.

Congratulations.  Many people live their lives that way and I'm glad you've never had to see the reality of what a harsh world this is.  I'm genuinely happy for you, seriously.  However, just because YOU have never needed a gun does not mean that you may seek to deprive others of their natural right to self-defense.

And before you say it, yeah...Having an ignorant opinion like the one you've demonstrated does damage to the very foundation of the American Republic: individual sovereignty.  By believing the stuff you do, and supporting others (especially politicians) who believe such nonsense, you perpetuate the problem which in turn degrades a free society by chipping away at fundimental freedoms.  It's okay to have an opinion on something like favorite foods or colors, but it's NOT okay to have a misguided, baseless opinion which goes against individual liberties.  Anyone who holds such an opinion is, in fact, a threat to liberty themselves and is precisely the sort of person the Founding Fathers warned us to guard for.

I'm not being rude at all here...You just need a serious wake-up call.  But you'll have to stop acting like a kid here and start paying attention--and most importantly, you'll have to start thinking critically.  The first step is accepting that maybe, just maybe, some of your opinions can indeed affect the lives of others.

Well, that depends...Do you mean as a civilian protecting my family, while defending you as a law enforcement officer or while fighting for your country in this nation's military?  You're gonna have to be more specific.

Winston Churchil said that "[w]e sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm."  You may not like me or others like me chosen, and that's okay.  But if it wasn't for we "barbarians with guns," you wouldn't have a free society in which to spout your unfounded, childish nonsense.  Heh, and the funny thing is, despite nitwits such as yourself I wouldn't change a thing about the career choices I've made in my life.  I've not done a single thing for recognition or back-patting...But despite the denigration from people such as yourself, there is still much honor in what I've done and still do.  It has been my solemn honor and shall forever remain my solemn honor to serve my community and country.  You should try looking "honor" up in the dictionary...But even then, I seriously doubt you'd grasp the concept.

You may try and make this something it's not; you may try to turn this all around and say I'm getting angry, I'm acting out, I'm a dangerous person who shouldn't be trusted with firearms, or whatever other games you may play.  But in the end, anyone with a brain simply has to go back and read and they will clearly see that you made an unfounded statement that you asserted as fact, I called you on it and asked to see your facts and sources, and in turn, I laid out a clear, factually based argument proving you wrong...And not ONCE did you ever post a single fact backed up by a credible source.  Not once.

So congratulations, Sir...You posted a goofy picture of a guy in a uniform and a campaign hat.  Wow, you really won the day, didn't you?
