Poor Training of the Police Officer. I NEVER stood in front of a door that I could not see inside activity when serving a warrent. This is basic training, but mistakes do happin. I feel sorry for the Officer and his family. The shooter will probably get off with a slap on the wrist. Liberal Judges!

Sure, it may have been legal for him to have a gun. Our constitution guarantees that right, but with that right also comes a certain amount of personal responsibility.
