And another thing I found out today, is the reason why you go to Goodwill and can't find any good bargains anymore~ is because they take the good stuff and sell it on Ebay.

I know the Salvation army helps a lot of people, but just what exactly does goodwill do? I know the S.A. helps out fire victims and such, but I never have heard of Goodwill helping. Can anyone inform me of what they do?

Try a google search and see for yourself. Goodwill is a job training orginazation. Folks that have disabilities of many sorts get jobs with them and other companies. They have job coaches that go with them to various sites.

The brain child that developed a charity such as Goodwill is a genius.  Sell donated items at a price that is hardly charitable and make lots and lots of money.  Then getting people to work under the disguise of "job training" while the CEO pads his bank account.  I wish I would have thought of that.

I will only donate to the Salvation Army because it is  a true charity.

And if there are  children that  are needing charity at Christmas time, make the parents of these children do some charitable work of their own, and get off their butts!

Excuse me, but why would you deny children something they need because of their parents actions ?
