Either I can't write or you can't read.  I am trying to say, if parents can afford cigarettes, tatoos, etc. why do they need charity. Are they neglecting the basic  needs of the children to pay for these things.   Is that clear enough?  Maybe touched a nerve?

Maybe you did touch a nerve. I smoke cigarettes and have tattoos. Does that make me a bad or neglectful parent that sends red flags up for you?

Choseys opinion has never mattered to me.

It sends up huge red flags if you need any kind of charity to keep your children warm.  What don't you get about what I am saying!!!
