That's just nonsense on both counts.  Exactly where will you bomb that would end it? 

As for never winning a war, I don't believe we can't.  That just a wrong assumption on your part.  But we should follow the Powell doctrine as close as possible.  We should have a clearly defined objective that can be accomplished in a minimal amount of time, with the full support of the American people (I would add based on the truth and not deception).
