They are not without transportation. I saw them both getting into a beat-up compact station wagon that was parked at the old Octagon house. I was going to try to get the plate number, but I would have been blocking traffic. (I'm not 100% sure, but it looked like the county name seemed shorter than "Muscatine" would have been.) I never give these kind of people any of my money. Donate to Salvation Army, MCSA or another Muscatine charity.

When I was younger, I worked construction for awhile. One job was standing and holding a stop sign all day. It was good money. Why don't these guys get a job like that? They obviously can do it and have the $carhart$ wardrobe that can keep them warm. |
