AQ #3 Killed

Posted in: Muscatine

Still waiting for davieTP to describe where the authority for nobama to attack with drones inside Pakistan comes from......Buellar?; Buellar?; Buellar? (It's ok; I'm sure he is just working for a living, just like he justified with his absence in another post....)

The only thing that is up for debate is the fact that Bigbrother stated, and I quote  "the US is NOT fighting in Pakistan".  However as of January 29th 2009 fighting continued in Pakistan.

(SNIP)

Missiles fired from suspected US drones killed at least 15 people inside Pakistan today, the first such strikes since Barack Obama became president and a clear sign that the controversial military policy begun by George W Bush has not changed.

What can welearn from this. I say either Bigbrother is / was mistaken. Or just plain wrong. Or maybe he even lied. I've got my pick.

Let's see now....according to davieboy...the wars we are fighting in the middle-east are not wars. But yet, our US troops are not fighting anywhere inside Pakistan.

And davieboy, not being a veteran, cannot grasp why a drone missle attack sent from one country into another would not be considered fighting. No troops are engaged in fighting. So, the missle attack by nobama, with no apparent authority that davie can come up with, merely struck and did it's job. No "fight" to it. Even davieboy says we are on the right track with illegal missile attacks. Go figure!

he he he he he he....

BTW...when you post something like all this, and you receive questions back, that normally qualifies as continued debate. But you are not normal. Therefore, the questions you have chosen to skip, contain the issues up for debate.

Now, why was it that Bush was wrong for doing the same thing, davie?
