what a slap in the face .......

Now this to me is quite funny because the first time I heard anything about it they were going to build it on ground zero. Then I found out that it was two and one half blocks away so is there no honesty left in the world.

It reminds me a lot of stopping prayer in school that did not happen or you can not say the pledge with the words under God in it that is another fabrication.

I could go on & on with the false tales but you should see what I am saying.

The way I see it is that if it is legal all the bitching will not stop it, so get the laws changed and put them all on the tax rolls, then we will see how many get built.

I have never heard that it was proposed to be built at ground zero, but in the shadow of ground zero.

Indeed, they have a right to build and they also have the right to build it some other place. It is not like they have NO mosques in NYC- I understand that they have about 90 or so.

I have a small issue with this"right" to do something. Just because you have a "right" to do something does not make it "right" to do it. Just because you have 1st Amendment right to speak your mind, does not make it "right" or correct to do so in every situation - you have a "right" to know your boss is an arrogant ahole but it certainly wouldn't be right or correct to say that in any setting that might be heard or relayed to him.

you would think that if the muslims were good people, they would not build there  knowing how the people feel about it. i have never heard them denounce the terriosts. i think about as much of muslim's as i do of  the muslim nobamma.
