No it doesn't show bias, in the sense you mean. You offer no proof of bias. What it shows is accuracy in reporting the opinions of a unique population (likely voters) as compared to other polls that get their data from populations that include non voters, and even non citizens. If anything it is statistically biased toward the unique population consisting of "likely voters". But that is the population most intelligent people are interested in.
But this has been pointed out to you several times here. You just don't like the idea that likely voters are likely to vote against your hair brained candidates and ideas. So you want polls of that population to be stopped or the results ignored (or demeaned).
