You said "consistently" biased.

The reference you furnished has:

1.  No relativity to "consistency"

Your posts really are getting rather Wacko!

How can it be more consistent than 7 out of 7.

If it was 5 out of 7, I might listen to you but it's not.

To me it's Wacko to deny 7 out of 7 is not consistent.

You said Rasmussen was "consistently" biased.

Now you are talking about how their poll result compares to seven other polls of entirely different populations.

1.  I would say, rather than consistent, Rasmussen is inconsistent with the other polls you mention.

2.  The most often used meaning of the word implies a sameness over a period of time.  I say once again, that Rasmussen does not present the same results over time.  They lean neither right or left.  The results they present are entirely dependent on their findings.  They do not create these out of whole cloth.

3.  If you are not wacko, you are somewhat ignorant.

Definition of CONSISTENCY

1
a archaic : condition of adhering together : firmness of material substance  b : firmness of constitution or character : persistency
2
: degree of firmness, density, viscosity, or resistance to movement or separation of constituent particles <boil the juice to the consistency of a thick syrup>
3
a : agreement or harmony of parts or features to one another or a whole : correspondence; specifically : ability to be asserted together without contradiction  b : harmony of conduct or practice with profession <followed her own advice with consistency>

Examples of CONSISTENCY

His statements on this subject have lacked consistency. Customers expect consistency in the quality of service they receive. Practice will ensure greater consistency of performance. The paints vary in consistency.

You said Rasmussen was "consistently" biased.

Yes, words to that effect.   And they are.

Now you are talking about how their poll result compares to seven other polls of entirely different populations.

I was always talking about this.   Different populations but intending to measure the same thing.   Voter sentiment.

1.  I would say, rather than consistent, Rasmussen is inconsistent with the other polls you mention.

Agreed, but consistently in the same direction.   Biased.

2.  The most often used meaning of the word implies a sameness over a period of time.

Agreed.

I say once again, that Rasmussen does not present the same results over time.

Agreed.   But this has nothing to do with what I said.   I'm not even sure what you are trying to say here.   Of course, over time results will vary.

3.  If you are not wacko, you are somewhat ignorant.

I like to leave the name calling in.

If Ricky Stanzi throws his first seven passes for completions, that's constincy.

If Albert Puhols goes seven for seven in a game, that's consistancy.

If Rasmussens polls give more favorable results to Republicans in seven out seven comparisons to other polls, that's consistency.

And shows bias.

If I spell consistency three different ways, that's an example of inconsistency.
