I am ignoring this slur.
Of course. You're too dense not to ignore it.
I'm glad my degree of denseness allows me to ignore it. I'd hate to have the intellect that would prohibit my from ignoring it.
What do you mean by "main argument"?
You're kidding, right?
I'm not kidding. You use pronouns like "that" and "it" with no clue as to what they represent. Rewrite your sentence and tell me what "that" refers to. Improve your writing skills.
There was no "battlefield" at the time of the embassy bombings. The Bush wars didn't start until three years later.
No battlefield? Tell that to the families of those killed.
And the Oklahoma bombing was a battle field? I've never heard it called that.
Neither of us know what the original plan was. The military plan wasn't announced until long after the event.
The original intent and plan (in fact it was already implemented) was to try all those at Gitmo in military tribunals. Obumbler and Holder stopped it for personal and political reasons.
From your own piece of crap online news (March 2007): http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x2776478
I find nothing here that contradicts what I said.
I'm not willing to throw out our bill of rights and our constitution to get a few more convictions or a longer sentence.
I know this is hard for you to comprehend, but try. These cretins are not U.S. citizens and have no "bill of rights" or constitutional protections. They are non citizens and are trying to kill us all.
Amendments I, II, IV, IX and X refer to "people" not "citizens".
Amendments V, and XIV refer to "persons" not "citizens".
Amendments VI, refers to "the accused" not "citizen".
Amendments VII and VIII are silent on the issue.
The only rights I find which refer to "citizens" are with regard to voting or holding office.
Stop your idiocy. Do something productive for us.
If I've gotten you to review the constitution and bill of rights, I think I've done something productive for you. If you'd tell me you now realize that our rights also apply to non-citizens, I'd really feel I've done something productive.
