yeah let's go back to 1950 when we had segregation because if you switch the word gay for negro you all same the same. can we ever look past what we don't like and focus on positive things. quite hating people for things like this. gays are together marriage or not so marriage would only allow them benefits for work or death that they don't have now. so how does a piece of paper change the family unit! you all sound like bigots. hating on people because of who they want to share their lives with. is that what the bible teaches you to hate your neighbor. is the what god wants us to do hate each other! what are the 10 commandments. thought it said honor thy neighbor!!! hmmm  our economy is in the tank, we're in two wars and you are worried about who someone wants to marry. can you say distraction!!!!

C'mon Mobay.....give the rambling a rest for just a moment and focus.  What age is too young? Somebody has to make the call, or it's open season on the kiddies. 

No Mobay.... Keep the topic on the subject matter. Gay rights should not be linked to pedophiles in an attempt to distract. If Daryl is in such a hurry to discuss the proper age of consent, let him start his own thread and actually offer his opinion on the matter. He is only seeking to ridicule and shows no desire for adult discussion.

In fact, all diverse sexual preferences become part of this discussion by their very nature.  Those who wish to legitimize  homosexuality are uncomfortable with the notion that other forms of deviant behavior will also then need to be considered acceptable.  We surely can't allow on without allowing others.  It then becomes the job of the government, representing the people, to decide on boundaries and limits, and the punishments for law-breakers.  I merely ask you to put yourself into that role, and tell us what age is too young, what animal is too dangerous, how low the legal alcohol limit needs to go.....all to make the liberals feel good about themselves for not treading on anyone's rights to "be themselves".
