I'm not better than anyone but I do know that gay marriage is not right or normal. Anyone want to marry their favorite pet? That's the future of our once great country

I saw this post a couple of days ago and have been thinking on it since then.  I guess my problem is I see gay marriage as immoral.  As humans, our society is set up to exist within a family unit.  Whether determined by God or the social structure of the early cave man, man exists to be a part of a family unit.  Gay/lesbian marriage deteriorates that.  And the further our family units break down so does our society.  Our country is being demoralized by the lack of values in our life.  First it was no prayer in school, which I believe was the first blow to our country’s greatness.  From there things have demoralized our country until we are a former shell of ourselves.  Gay marriage is wrong because it goes against the very fabric of human existence.  Man was not created or evolved to sleep with man.  It is wrong.  And as much as we want to deny it there are things that are wrong in this country.  Not everyone has the right to do what they want to do.  Otherwise there would be nothing but lawlessness and chaos.  We have to say no to things that will hurt our family units and cause a demoralization of our country.  Wrong is wrong and we need to ensure it stays wrong and don’t allow it to permeate our society and demoralize our country.  Wrong is wrong and immoral is immoral.

Well said, Mr. Opie.  Unfortunately, as pointed out by Mr. Staunch Liberal, there are those like our three friends Moe (Mall), Larry (Mobe) and Curly (TP) who lack the backbone to take a stand and instead insist that we condone everything or be labeled bigots.

If standing up for what is moral and right makes me a bigot then I am King Bigot.  I do not want my grandchildren influenced by these pussy liberal thinkers that things that are wrong are okay.  They are not.  And I will teach them they are not.  And if my grandson should happen to grow up to be gay he will know where I stand.  He will know he is immoral and wrong.  I will love him ( love the sinner, hate the sin) but by God he will know what is moral and what is not.  Then the choice is his.  But I won't ever condone it.
