What I don't understand is   what makes something suddenly permissible?  Homosexuality has been a sin and against the law (There are sodomy laws on the books) for years and years and years.  Someone a lot smarter than me me deemed this behavior to be unacceptable.  This behavior is even banned by religions.  So who are we to suddenly say that shoving a penis up another man's butt is now acceptable behavior?  What gives liberals the right to say I am the one with the unacceptable thinking because I believe homosexuality is wrong?  It has been wrong for many generations!  Who are we to say it isn't?  TP, if you think I am a bigot for what I believe (and trust me when I tell you I wear that badge with honor) then I believe you are part of the permissive liberal voice that is a part of the problem our country has in it's decline.  Wrong is wrong and immoral is immoral.  And all the spewing of liberal rhetoric is not going to make it right or moral.

So much for your eerie silence.  The only trap is the liberal dogma that is turning our country's morals into laws that will weaken our morality and weaken our family bonds.

at one time it was against the law to serve black people in white establishment. how does letting someone have a freedom you enjoy damage the family. these people already live together, they just don't get some of the benefits of being married. ignorance is why the black man was oppressed, ignorance is why the women were oppressed and ignorance is why the gays are oppressed. freedom means you tolerate someone else's freedom even if you don't agree with it. ridiculous!!

Wow, almost like the old days.  Some liberals say something ridiculous, some conservatives point out the absurdity of the statements and back it up with reasonable arguement, and the liberals get "scared".  Yessiree.....

 

By the way Mobe.  Can't have it both ways, now can you?  I'm curious if it's going to okay when your daughter, at the age of 8, wants to marry the pedophile down the street.  Is 8 too young?  How about 9?  10?  Pick an age.  Feel the power.
