Moby, my point is that (maybe I missed it) I don't have a clue as to what his blood level was.  At .08, it doesn't take much to be "legally" intoxicated!  Impaired,  might just be another thing! I just wish that they'd outlaw alcohol AND cigarettes, and THEN see just how hight your taxes will be (BOTH ARE LEGAL).  Tom.
