What? No comments on Obummer's pick of a liberal and racist judge for a seat on the supreme court?

"I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life."

And she was one that voted that a promotions test was unfair simply because the top scorers were white men, and set the entire test aside. I remember at the time that it was generally accepted that no such set aside would have happened had only non-whites made the grade.

Anytime you think it isn't about race or color think again. Bias is what it's all about and it only works in one direction, just look at the firefighters who took and passed the test.

Hopefully the repubs will do something to block it........

  The most dangerous aspect of an Obama white house always involved the Supreme Court.  And now, well, it's pretty obvious, isn't it?  The racist in the White House wants another racist on the Supreme Court to cover his butt in the future.  Like I said before, I don't listen to what the Obumber says anymore; I only watch to see what he does.  I'm convinced his prime motive is always to insure votes and his power base.  Research his history.  This is what he studied and this is what he applies.  If the Repubs knuckle under on this one, they are finished.
