Well that simple suggestion generated a lot of heat but I didn't see much enlightenment.   The selfish (they call themselves conservatives) offered nothng but the same misinformation you can hear every week on the EIB (that's Excrement in Broadcasting) network.

They didn't deny being selfish.   They only confirmed it by providing their excuses for being so.   The general theme was "I''ve got mine, you get yours and I don't care if you can't work because of the cancer treatments and you have a medical bill of $90,000, just work harder when you can".

They don't want socialized medicine even though no one has proposed it.

I didn't see much about conserving the environment or natural resources.   I think they are probably so selffish they haven't even thought about it.

No, I will not take care  of your 1% surtax.   If your taxable income is less than $200,000 or $300,000 you won't have it and if make more you can afford it.

As for socialism failing every time it is tried.   What about China.   It has the fastest growing economy in the world.   We have to rely on them for our consumer goods and borrow from them to pay are debts.

Welll mallory, how much of YOUR weekly paycheck are you willing to give the government to insure others? tell us all the exact percent you can pay for someone elses medical insurance...thats above and beyond what already comes out of your check....

by the way mallory...nobama and his cronies will NOT rule out raising the taxes on the middle class to insure those less fortunate...thats according to timothy geithner..the tax evading treasury secratary......

we have health insurance for the less fortunate its called medicaid.......

as far as natural resources thank god for the democrats....we have so many natural resources that thye wont let us tap into here in this country....thats why we have to pay high gasoline prices....

And if you dont like E.I.B. dont listen to it...i'm sure you could find a liberal station....oh wait the liberal talk radio shows dont do well......but if u get satellite radio for your car there is one liberal station i believe.....
