JOS:  You seem to be "fixated" on this one element extracted from my original comment.  In any event, I'm not.     Rasmussen doesn't normally put much stock in polls of "all voters".  The true test is among "likely" voters.

And over and above all this is the fact that more and more "likely" voters are coming to the opinion that extant versions of this health bill are real pieces of crap.   And that the bamber and other wild eyed libs are busting a gut to ram something down our throats  before we find out what is really in it.    Check out Hannity's interview with Dr. Betsy McCoy.   She has actually read both the House and Senate versions in their entirety (probably one of those you can count on the fingers of one hand).

I don't really care what you're "fixated on," hiroad. You said health care reform wasn't high on anyone's priority list when in reality it's the second or third highest priority on most people's list. So either you were misinformed or you were pulling numbers out of your you-know-what. If it's the former, you should check before posting. If it's the latter, ....

I think there's enough disinformation floating around about health care reform. You adding to it isn't going to help anything.

JOS:   Poor boy....No, I said YOU were fixated on one  item from my original post.   That item was a statement about health care not being near the top in priority with more and more people.   If you think it needs more wacking around, let's go at it.

When you have just a few items to prioritize, of course you can say that any are "near the top".   I should have said that health care is not the top priority, I guess, but the difference is pretty meaningless when the fall out for the real misleaders is considered.   It wasn't I who said he didn't want to waste any crisis!   And it's not a stretch to then take it for granted that any crisis can be manufactured to promulgate an agenda.

I'm not intentionally misleading anyone, unlike some who will do anything to grab more power, or support the grabbers.

Whack away, hiroad. I have yet to hear a good reason why the richest nation on earth should leave millions of people uninsured.
