What bugs me is your selective use of facts to support a leftist organization.

I'm just saying your positions taken here are getting more and more sleazy and smarmy, in my opinion.
That's rich coming from someone who has openly stated that he believes it's alright to pray for someone else to die so that their children are fatherless and their wife a widow.
I don't want to live in the type of "America" you want to create. Where communist/socialist policies rule and corruption is shrugged off. Where "catch me if you can" is the attitude.
It's not "catch me if you can," hiroad. This is America and it's called "innocent until proven guilty." And by guilty it means beyond the shadow of a doubt. Now maybe you would prefer that we live in a "communist/socialist" country where organizations like the KGB can arrest you and detain you because they feel (to use jc's word) like you might be guilty or because they want you to be guilty, but I'm kind of partial to the system we have in place. Feel free to promote your "communist/socialist" policies, though. I'm sure you'll gain a lot of traction with the true conservatives.
I find it funny how conservatives have all got their panties in a wad over ACORN. In a matter of a few years, ACORN has gone from a community organizing operation that most people had never heard of to the evil, deceitful, underhanded, arch nemisis of average joes everywhere. All because the guy in the White House used to work for them and has a D behind his name. The organization has been around since 1970 and nobody gave a rat's ass about them until Obama ran for public office and now the only reason that conservatives are even aware of them is because Obama got elected and he's a Democrat. I would think that the Obama story would be just what conservatives are looking for. Child born into poverty to a single mother, works hard to over come the odds, "pulls himself up by his boot straps," gives back to the community and goes on to earn millions and get elected to the highest office in the land. If there were an R behind his name he'd be a hero. But because there's a D... well... he must have lied, cheated, and suckled at the government's teat in order to achieve all of this. He couldn't possibly have acheived it on his own. He had to have help and about 850 nationwide offices in on his devious plan to usurp power and reign supreme.
I'll tell you what, hiraod, and this goes for all the others too: If you've got proof that these ACORN employees were acting at the behest of ACORN when they submitted "bad registrations," then bring it. Let's see it. Until then, you all sound like a bunch of whining crybabies who can't get past their own sour grapes because the guy with the D behind his name won the election.
