Why I don't accept the "Wave-Through"

Posted in: Muscatine

There are many laws we all can break, n0loh. Since you asked my opinion based on my own legal training as a former officer, anyone can break a whole lot of laws; to save the life of another human, as just one prime example.

I'm sorry I have touched such a nerve in you to be included in your "fingering" post. That's just sad.

Would you suppose that copying and pasting the Code of Iowa, broadcasting it to the public on a message board, and then issuing your interpretation of those posted code sections, empatically and concisely stating what consitutes breaking the law and that which is illegal, could be tantamount to impersonating an attorney? ( Interrogatory-hypothetical only.) Was wondering if you are a licensed attorney or if you have any legal training to do this?

Thanks much.

So, as a "former cop" you're saying the "Wave-though" is perfectly alright with you?

You don't see the illegality of the action?

So when were you fired from the force?

Hey, brainiac...how can there be illegality if there is no code that makes it illegal? I am still waiting for you to post that code portion since you are an expert on Iowa law. And, I never said that waive through was alright with me.... I never offered my personal opinion on that; unlike you, who has made your personal opinion into state law on this mesage board.

As for changing careers to advance myself personally and to better take care of my family, I'll just have to say that since I have never been fired from any job, it would be hard for me to address since there never has been a "when".

However, what about leaving radio station and cemetary work, since you want to make this all personal now? When were you fired from those careers?
