Democrat Kas Kelly of Muscatine, won a second term in District 4 over Republican Kerry Keller of Muscatine.
Republican David Watkins of Moscow won a narrow victory over Dale Bird, a Democrat from Montpelier, in District 3. -----------------------------------------------------------------------
By Cynthia Beaudette of the Muscatine Journal | Posted: Wednesday, November 8, 2006 12:00 am MUSCATINE, Iowa — Incumbent John Oberhaus said Tuesday night that he’d been been preparing himself for the possible loss of his re-election bid for the District 1 Muscatine County supervisor seat this year. And later that night, he did lose his bid for a fourth term to Democratic challenger Wayne Shoultz.
Democratic incumbent Esther Dean received 7,111 votes to win re-election in District 5.

MUSCATINE, Iowa — Democratic challenger Tom Furlong knocked off Republican Lewis Morrison in the race for Muscatine County’s District 2 supervisor Tuesday. As of Tuesday night’s unofficial results, Furlong, 57, of Muscatine garnered 7,353 total votes to easily defeat Morrison’s 4,583. -------------------------------------------------------------
