Wasn't he referring to the $20 billion dollar "slush" fund that Obumbler got BP to set aside (for starters)?  And isn't this fund going to be controlled (doled out) by someone appointed by Obumbler?   Yep, that will be real nice won't it?

Yes it can and no he doesn't.  It's a little thing we like to call freedom of speech.  We have the right, naysay the duty to question our leaders and call them to task on things that aren't right.  He had every right to say what he did.
