The law is about race and profiling. You take those two things out of the picture and the law is useless. The law would allow every Spanish speaking, brown skinned person to be detain and question. Would you like me to provide a link that shows how many law abiding, Spanish speaking, brown skinned people will feel the wrath of this law? And that won't even be by the Police."
